Summer Rehearsals/Band Camp Information
VERY IMPORTANT: ALL MARCHING BAND STUDENTS SHOULD SIGN UP FOR RANK ONE AND HAVE A PHYSICAL ON FILE. THERE ARE MANY FORMS THAT HAVE TO BE FILLED. PLEASE DO NOT PROCRASTINATE ON THIS.
YOU CAN OBTAIN A PHYSICAL FROM YOUR DOCTOR OR AT MOST PHARMACIES. PHYSICALS ARE VALID FOR 1 YEAR

Summer Dates and Times:
Band Camp (Everyone)
July 17th to 21st (5 days)
8:00am to 6:00pm
Lunch will be provided by the Discovery Band Boosters
Summer Rehearsals (Everyone)
July 24th, 25th, 27th, and 31st
6pm to 8pm
Band Camp Schedule:

There will be many water breaks and bathroom breaks during rehearsal times.

What to Bring:
First Marching Band Payment #2 of $75 (cash or check) or full payment. You can also pay with a card through Paypal or Cash App.
Charms office (paypal): Log into your www.charmsoffice.com account and under the finances section you will be able to pay through Paypal.
Cash App: MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE STUDENTS NAME AND DESCRIPTION OF PAYMENT IN NOTES. Use the link https://cash.app/$dhstitanbandYour instrument (reeds, mouthpiece, valve oil, etc) and Pencil
Sunscreen
MANDATORY: 1 gallon water cooler (NO SHARING! EVERYONE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN) Make sure you write your name on it.

What to Wear:
T-shirt and athletic shorts (This is a school function and school rules and dress code apply at all times)
Socks and tennis shoes. (NO BULKY SHOES, CHACOS, SANDALS, BASKETBALL SHOES, BOOTS, FLIP-FLOPS, etc…)
A hat or some other head covering.
Sunglasses
Deodorant (for your personal use)
